I've just finished my discount period with Leaptel and I contacted them to see if they had a retention rate $ to stop me from churning to another provider but the person said there were no promos they could apply to my account and the only way for me to get a slightly discounted rate was to go to a provider offering a sign up discount.

Does this sound right?

If so, I'm on a 2000/500 plan, what other provider should I consider?

EDIT: Spoke to Leaptel again and was told to message before this billing period is up to see if there is an active promo to apply to my account to provide me with a discount. If not, they said to churn to the new provider and provide my AVC and the cancelation will actioned immediately. Pretty good service! I'll try Neptune out next if there isnt a promo.

After 3.5months of owning the Eufy S2 I have lost patience with their customer service and returned it. I realised I have been in contact with customer service since 11 days after purchasing it and wasn't getting anywhere with them. When this thing did work, it did a great job but it failed more than it worked.

Issues:

- Roller mop blocked during high water mops when there is no blockage (pressing resume repeatedly, the robot will eventually stop reporting the error and continue with the clean).

- Gets lost in the middle of the room and cant return to docking station

- Doesn't charge when it docks (75% of the time)

What is the current favourite robot vacuum with a roller mop in the Eufy S2 price range?
