Does it sound like my car has an exhaust leak? I just bought the car i am not sure if this is normal or not. If not is it worth fixing?

When doing the coolant flush at 100k did you also undo the Engine Block Coolant Drain Bolt or did you just do the radiator?
I heard it can be rusted and there is a big risk of stripping it.
