What is "kutis mayaman"? My forbes park and A.Alabang friends are usually browner because of golf, triathlons, summering in europe

Is it the smoothness or maputi lang talaga? Can you look "mabango" even if you're kayumanggi? I go to DLSU and granted maraming maputi kasi maraming chinese, but a lot of Atenean friends are on the brown side because their school is open-air and stuff, plus they walk a lot
