Hi, slightly whitewashed hindi speaker here. I feel that indians in general have lost their interests in hobbies, philosophy and so much more. People only have the aims of climbing corporate ladder. In some sense, people have lost their humanity because we have distanced ourselves from books and are now following someone else's ambitions. Most of our dreams are not really ours - they are imposed on us by someone else. Starting with this, I feel we need to revive hindi saahitya. The west takes a lot of pride in Nietzsche, Karl Marx and their authors but we do not. I feel ashamed in writing this because half the times even I cannot articulate my thoughts well in hindi. Can we do anything to bring up this sahityik renaissance? We need to revive our aesthetics. Dhanyavad.
