I’ve always had gas grills, gas smokers or Weber. I recently replaced everything with a Blackstone Combo pellet/griddle grill.

It took me a minute to get the hang of pellet grilling but I love this beast. I really like the griddle combo to use griddle for many things by itself but I also really like it to occasionally sear meat after using the griddle, especially steaks.

Today I smoked pork butt and it’s super low maintenance without sacrificing taste and quality, especially with the app. I can track and change grill temps from my phone and track meat temps (had four meat temp probes). I did one BBQ slider and the other slider with homemade tzatziki 👌👌👌

Submitted 38 and thankfully 18 came back gemmed. I included all the basketball gems….
