Teeth remineralization?

About 1 month ago I had gotten my braces removed and the ortho assistant over shaved my teeth a little into the enamel when she was removing the adhesive with her bur and afterwards my teeth looked shaved down in general compared to pre braces, especially the top and I also had pretty bad sensitivity afterwards for a while and was not really happy with the results because I remembered my teeth being pretty full and nice before with no sensitivity. I know enamel cannot be regenerated once gone so I did whatever I could these past 2 months to help with the sensitivity and thinned feeling by using high concentration of nano and fluoride toothpaste every time I brushed my teeth and haven’t used any whitening products. The first image is right after braces removal and the second image is after 2 months. Do you think there is a little differences al structure wise, or no other than the lighting making the second pic looks whiter.
