Random individual spots that are sometimes bursty ones. Quite sore if touched by accident especially. Can also get some under my hair but not sure if that's the same cos I can I can't see those.

I do get them in winter when wearing scarves and hats etc but it's now much warmer and I don't do that, so have no clue. Has anyone else experienced this and have suggestions on what to do about that?

I have hormone issues at the moment but not sure if they are related or not as that's been going on for years and the spots come and go in random phases, possibly seasonal related but I can remember for sure.

I was told a few years ago I have PCOS but no ovarian cysts at present. I have had other symptoms that overlap with similar hormones conditions that is under investigation and medication but I had a few questions about hirsutism and other Primarily PCOS symptoms and how you deal with them.

i am really embarrassed by my hair. I have a lot of dark hair on my body and very pale skin. it is manageable with hair removal techniques but I keep getting irritated skin when shaving/waxing area every few weeks. my armpits become irritated too and my groin is the WORST. I always get ingrown hair.

My actual pubic hair is a lot of dark hair, I'm sure others have it thicker but mine is quite thick. I feel minging cos I really can't manage to maintain it. I get a lot of vaginal discharge due to medicine/hormone flux etc too and feel absolutely disgusting, I got home from being in the car and it was like all stuck in my pubic hair and drying together. I am absolutely mortified about it but it happens quite a lot in points of my cycle.

It also grows really fast and dark towards my top 1/3 of my thighs which is really frustrating, and my bum feels fluffy all the time even going on to my cheeks not just the crack part.

I try trim my hair as just shaving completely always gives me ingrown and irritation as well in all sensitive areas especially.

My moustache and chin hair comes back quite fast as well. I've been going for threading for this and my eyebrows but they come back SO QUICKLY it feels so frustrating and it costs me a lot of money so if anyone has suggestions about how to help slow the growth cycles or something maybe. I have tried spearmint tea but probably not long enough to see results. I also was on Spironalactone but that did Nothing for me. I am on Metformin and also glp-1 injection for really intense insulin resistance that worsened all my other symptoms like acanthosis nigricans, rapid weight gain, brain fog and balancing hormonal issues (this is a prescription from a specialist I have to pay for, I am not taking just for weight loss as per the internet trend)

I hope that is enough info to help and starts a conversation if others find themselves feeling same

I'm really struggling and not sure what to research online without it being influencers pushing something, so I really hope someone can make suggestions please.

I'm not sure if it's heat spots or something like friction causing it. I do get them in the winter when wearing hats and scarves but I really haven't been wearing that as the weather is nice in my country now.

They are sore but only really when they've been brushed against then I'm aware of them, and usually isolated in their area. They are sometimes with a white head that can burst if I don't realise they're there and accidentally scratch them.

I have some under my hair sometimes as well but I can't see them to tell if they're the same.

I have tried using different and also medicated shampoo (Nizoral), I have stopped wearing things like scarves etc for now and avoiding possible itchy fabrics. I have worn a necklace the past few days and not sure if the friction from that has caused it so will take that off tonight.

Has anyone else experienced this that can maybe give some advice? I do get bacne sometimes especially when I am hormonal (I'm f27) but that's normally spread a bit more I think in comparison?
