I had to stop and walk a few times but I finished it in 31:40 so I’m still pretty proud of myself. I only started running recently so running less than 11 min/mile was my goal.

What’s the right amount of time to wait before I sign up for another one? I’d like to run one in less than 30 min so not sure if that’s realistic or how long it would take me to get to that.
