100 year old tree give or take in mexico. It has eaten a lamp post and another pole on the other side as well! It's even more wide from the other side and couldn't get more pics

The browning on all the other leaves only came after a repot and water so I know it possibly retained a bit too much moisture. I waited a long while to water again and since then I've got this beautiful all white leaf! Do I wait for it to grow more leaves before I cut incase of the chance it gives me a more green one? Considering there is green in the stem/node still and I want to let it do it's thing I don't really want to cut quite yet either.
This is growing from a lower node after the previous owner cut the plant lower and let it regrow. People call it white lava ghost mutation but I'm not entirely sure on that since it's not continuing as we see here, it went all ghost 👻😂
