Anyone have a favorite wild life/location?

Anyone have a favorite wild life/location?

I love this game so much, I love the exploration of it and how beautiful it is. Probably my favorite is the wildlife photo challenge. I'm not super big into combat missions so these are much more my speed. There's 2 coyotes that spawn and howl together in the state wilderness park near a bridge. These are my favorite as well as the chubby tan mastiff sometimes seen in Sandy Shores.

Seeking help on minimizing self injury to help my wife stand

Hi all! I'm 34 and in pretty good shape physically, strong, etc. But I know now I'm not in my 20s anymore and wake up with pain now which sucks. So the last few months I have had chronic scapula/trapezius pain which I have an Ortho appointment coming up for.

I take care of my wife full time, she has POTS and vertigo issues as well as other things. But she relies on me to help her stand to get walking. Our main technique the last 6 years has been me standing still, using my legs to counter balance the weight as she stands, think like a bird perching. She will latch onto both arms and lift herself up.

I am hypermobile so I think that maybe this movement is contributing to the pain in these areas with the daily tugging. But I've never had formal caregiving techniques, just got thrown into this overtime.

Does anyone have tips for how to help her but also minimize potential injuries to myself? Thank you!

Does the new portal have any good base spots?

I've been super busy since the update dropped and haven't had a chance to actually play yet. I can't find any concrete answers online but does anyone know if it has any good spots to set up a base or a home world? I'm talking like similar to the DLC base home spots or the cabin in the snow. Thank you all, can't wait to check it out myself!

I'm new here, haven't formally seen my Ortho yet but have an upcoming appointment. I highly suspect De Quervains given symptoms listed online but also when my pain starts flaring, it also travels to my pointer finger as well as up to my shoulder. It feels like my arm just isn't situated correctly and the only way it does feel right is if I put my hand behind my back.

Is this a symptom you've experienced or not?

I haven't had any imaging but suspect this is all related because I am hypermobile and my thumb can go beyond normal ROM.
