finally got my goodies today! been doing LeetCode on and off since 2022, so this feels extra special.
didn't expect to be this excited over a t-shirt, keychain, and coaster... but here we are!

During my periods, I often feel a strange emptiness in my chest. It isn't painful, but it feels physically empty and lasts for hours. I can't quite describe it. Does anyone else experience this? If so, how would you describe it, and do you know what causes it?
