Hi, im just checking in to see if someone else have experienced this the same way as me. In 2021 i began experiencing a crawling/twitching/pressure in my right upper lid of my eye. Its been there constantly in various degrees ever since, i raise my right eyebrow to ”compensate” for the heavy feeling. When this first started i had my eyes checked thinking it was the eye but everything came back normal. Ever since that ive been ”afraid” to look this up but i cant ignore it anymore its driving me crazy. Ive tried everything, Nothing helps the sensation is always there, like something is under my eyelid crawling on my eye and spasming. What doctor is best to turn to and is there any form of medication or relief if lets say this is just benign twitching?

In a few days its been one year since my relationship ended.
My ex of almost four years cheated on me with a coworker while we were about to move in together. What hurt me the most wasn’t only the betrayal, it was how normal and loving she acted until everything came out.
The first months were brutal. I constantly replayed everything, checked social media, wondered if she was still with him, and tried to make sense of it all.
Today, things are much better. I don’t feel the same panic anymore, and I’ve accepted that what happened was deeply tragic but it is what it is.
she still crosses my mind alot. Not because I necessarily want her back, but because I miss what we had and the future I believed we were going to have.
For those who’ve been through something similar:
Is it normal to still think about them after a year?
When did you truly feel like you’d moved on?
Were you eventually able to trust and love someone else again?
I’d really appreciate hearing from people who’ve made it through the other side.

Another thing, thanku to all the beatiful people on here that helped me and gave me advice one year ago on reddit, that supported and showed love. I wish i had the original post but i deleted it after a few months. Cheers
