I have hooded eyes and oily skin and have never found a mascara that doesn't run and transfer. I've tried waterproof from every major brand and cost range and all the setting potions too. Hoping someone will suggest one I haven't tried.

I literally went to lash extensions as a solution but I don't have time, nor do I have the skill to apply even the easiest on my own. Help! 😭 😭😭
