Not sure if this is the right community for this but please help if possible:

I recently could not board an international flight and got a no show claim amount of ₹3300. This amount was refunded to flipkart as that was the platform which I used to make my flight bookings. Now they are adding random charges before I can claim the refund. Anyone know if there is a way to get the full amount? They want to randomly deduct 2119 rupees from a refund of 3300

Message from Flipkart:

"We would like to let you know that the cancellation is mandatory to initiate the applicable No show refund from Flipkart side.

Moreover the non refundable charges:

Flipkart cancellation charges : 1000/- INR

Convenience Fee: 1119.67/- INR
