Issue with eSIM and corporate VPN

Hi everyone. I recently created my „digital nomad” setup through Gl Inet products. So my setup is basically I have a Wireguard VPN server at home (Brume 3) and Mudi 7 (travel router) as VPN client. On top of that, my corporate laptop connects through split tunnel to a corporate VPN. I just tested this setup abroad and it worked great with Repeater (just using WiFi) but I’ve run into issues with eSIM installed on my Mudi 7 travel router. eSIMs from Airalo (but also other providers) would stop working after ~2 minutes of connecting to corporate VPN and loading some pages. It told me it has run out of data but it’s impossible it would run out of 3GB in 2 minutes, especially that my router showed like 50MBs. Tried multiple eSIMs and the same issue happened. Only purchasing an eSIM directly from the carrier (Vodafone) seemed to work. Does anyone have any idea?
