Incorporating HGH with my next cycle
I want to dip my toes into HGH, mainly for the sleep and recovery aspects but also for lean mass and subcutaneous fat loss. My plan is to run 4iu per day split into 2 doses.
Other than monitoring bloods and keeping an eye on my blood glucose, what else should I be weary of? Will HGH be beneficial for me and if so, what can I expect as far as gains go? Is 4iu enough and is taking it when I wake up and again before bed the right call?
For the record I am 27M, 6’3”, 215, 15% BF with 10 years experience lifting and 4 years experience with regular gear.
