This is going to be a long post. I am just asking for a little patience from everyone of you who is going to read this just because this has turned a living hell for us. This is a cautionary tale for each and every person who is considering to book **No Brokers** for any of their services. TLDR at the end.

I recently moved my parents from **Pune to Kolkata** and for the movement we booked **No Brokers** to safely bring our entire home belongings to Kolkata at our new place. We selected them because it was cheaper and we wanted to save money, but in return it became the worst decision we have ever taken. Our order id is **HSPM- 14464279.**

The pick up was scheduled for 02.05.26, but on the day we received a call from the so called partner that the pick up can't be done, because they are attending a wedding and can't complete the job today. After numerous calls and escalations with their customer support team the pick up was completed on 03.05.26. The delivery date we received was of 18.05.26, and as of today 13.06.26 we have still not received our shipment.

While booking the service each and every one of their sales agents said very confidently that if we have a delay of even one day they will give us a compensation of Rs.1500 per day. They kept saying that they have full transparency rule with zero surprises and yet we are here in complete darkness regarding when we will receive our belongings.

After the first missed date, we enquired and received the first excuse as the vehicle broke down. The driver called once and then kept ignoring the calls and finally switched off his phone. My husband must have called the driver more than 50 times just to know what the status is but we received no information. After a few days the driver called us once and said he is at Dankuni, and wanted to deliver the shipment the same day, but as none of us were prepared for this sudden delivery we asked if it can be done the next day, we again managed our schedules to receive it and again we got ghosted by the driver. The customer service team was no able to reach the driver. We escalated the case and then we received the second excuse which was that the partner company had some differences with them regarding the petrol hike and after their agreement we would soon receive the shipment. Then came the next promised date which was 27.05.26. During this time, the driver had completely blocked us and when my husband tried to reach him via Whatsapp, we instead received abuses.

It is 2026, where we get to track our orders right from the time it is shipped till the delivery and here this company was unable to track where our shipment was. If they are unable to contact the driver, does this driver not have any supervisor? Does the truck not have a GPS. Does the partner team and the customer service team have no internal communications? There was no update on their app, their escalations team kept giving us answers that we have escalated this and will let you know when we have an update. They had no information regarding where our belongings were. We kept emailing them, even their CEO responded that they will look into the matter but again nothing. Till this point we are in complete darkness regarding where our shipment is and when we will receive it. The next promised date was 01.06.26, which came and went by with no update.

The person handling the case from the escaltion team, kept giving us new dates. On 08.06.26, we got the information that our shipment was not even dispatched from Pune, but it has reached near our delivery location and we will surely get it the next day which was 09.06.26 by evening if not then 110% by 10.06.26. So, after more than a month and hours of time speaking to the customer service we get to know that the shipment was not even dispatched????

Since that day, everyday has been a promised date, it comes and it goes by and we are still waiting for it. We raised a complaint on Consumer Forum on 27.05.26, and they have given No Brokers 30 days time to resolve this case. But by the looks of it, we really don't have any hope.

If we had hired a truck and driven it ourselves we would have reached Kolkata in a fraction of time they have taken. It has been more than a month. We are paying rent for an empty flat because my parents can't stay there. My mom has hypertension and my dad is a heart patient. You can image the stress they are going through. My mom hasn't slept in days, my dad keeps asking me about an update everyday but I have no answer to give. My husband and I are at our wits end while dealing with their customer service. My parents are poor people who don't even own a house of their own, all they had was their belongings which they gathered over the last 35 years and now it looks like its lost too. It is not just a matter of a bed, mattress, tv, fridge, clothes and few more items, these were the things which made their home. All I wanted to do was bring them closer to me and help them in this stage of their life, but instead I gave them more tension.

This company who claims to deliver their best has kept us in dark, has lied to us from the beginning, has hired incompetent people, has no information once the belongings are picked up and where it goes, they have given us date after date and missed each every one of their so called promised date. For the last 4 days my husband has spent hours on the call with their escalation team without any result. Should we just give up hope to get our belongings?

We wanted to save money just like every other middle class Indian, we have paid 80% of the quoted amount and this is the service we receive. The negligence they have showed us is beyong digusting, we are not asking for free service, we are asking for the service which we paid for, which was promised to us but instead we get more lies.

**I would request you guys to think 100 times before availing any services from No Broker, because this is what they do to their paying customers. I would just ask you guys to please share this post as much as possible because today it is us, tomorrow it would be someone else getting harrassed by them with yet another service.**

**TLDR: Booked No Broker Packers and Movers to move from Pune to Kolkata, it has been 43 days and still counting we have not received our shipment. We have been kept in the dark on what exactly has been going on, 6 missed promised deliver days and numerous excuses later we are still not aware on when exactly we will receive the items back.**
