It's been over 100 for maybe 10 days now with all of the next 10 days looking like the same. Pre dawn ride today got some miles in. 80+ degrees at 4AM... about the only way to do it. The pic is in the 6AM hour. Taken in Eastern Oklahoma. I was home before noon.

Benchmade goodness going back more than 20 years... all these but my current daily carry 940-1 have been with me a long time. BM has given a few of these the spa treatment...no broken parts... just was nice to have BM freshen them up.
This was taken on AR 71 at a place called Artist Point in the Boston Mountain area. I think ive been here dozens of times, but it's a nice stop and one i usually do along with the Pig Trail (a top 10 ranked ride, but most pull offs are full on that ride)
Anyways, i like the 2017 RGS a lot. 42k miles on her. Got silly money in trade for my 2007 Road King Custom around Easter and this bike was pretty well done the way i like it and priced right. Came with a detachable tour pak too. (Hangs in the garage) i like it still has analog guages and limited tech to fail.
Bigger trips planned for the fall.
