Hi mga ates and kuyas. Pwede po bang mkahingi ng advice? Im a fresh grad nurse who applied sa government pero planning on resigning kasi sobrang gulo ng policy nla for nurses. Di po kasi ako plantillado kasi for some reason, ayaw akong tanggapin kasi daw fresh grad ako at di ko pa deserve ng malaking salary. So, they put me in a much lower position, parang JO. If I resign, is it worth it to apply to a private facility? Or just look for another govt hospital to apply? Any big-sister advice will do. Thanks!
