So Jays2Cents is always against a top filter saying the dust will just blow out without one. Phanteks never sent me a front filter but my top filter fits perfectly on the front 3 fans though it may rib against them when a vacuum is created/PC is on. I may just make a nylon cover for the entire front panel not quite sure what I want to do but regardless Phanteks customer service is always closed and they said my case doesn't come with a front filter which it clearly does on Newegg.
