hey guys, i got hired about a week ago but my start date is in 2 weeks. when i got hired, they had me write down availability. i was open at the time but got a second job opportunity. i am hired as a task associate which ik only has like 2 days a week but they told me if i wanted to train as a cashier i could. obviously i said yes and put open avail. but i am no longer open and can only work on those two days they said task associates work, friday nights and sunday mornings. are they pretty lenient with availability changes or am i possibly screwed? 😅 lmk!

I got hired at ulta last week to be a task associate and they emailed me that my start day will be next month at 1130a. what do i expect? is it just onboarding like filling out forms and stuff? what are the hours for a task associate normally? they didn’t really go over this in my interview lol

hi guys. today i went to an aritzia meet and greet. the interview went well. she greeted me and asked if it was cool if she took notes. she wrote down my name email and phone number, but that’s all she wrote down she never took notes on what i said. she asked me my previous work experience and to tell her about myself. then asked what my hourly expectations are and what position i would be interested in. then asked if i had any questions. i asked her two and that was about it. the meeting was scheduled for only 10 mins and we talked for about 12 minutes in total. as soon as i left… i get a notification on my phone that my interview is in 24 hours. ofc i was confused. i suddenly realized that i went a day early on accident. am i screwed? i feel like the interview went well. it was quick. they said at the end “if we have any positions available we will reach out by the end of thursday and if we don’t reach out it just means we went in a different direction”. this made me nervous ofc but this is my dream job. what do u guys think? this is the first time ive ever went a day early to something, my time management is usually great but ofc the one time is when it truly mattered to me
