Hi guys.. today is sunday so it's obvious that they cook non-veg at most homes.
is it okay to eat non veg and go to betta for darshana?
or its better to avoid?
6 months into litigation, my life feels dark at times because of litigation.
waking up to do exactly the same thing everyday, very rare to find like minded fun and cool colleagues in this profession.
i'm passionate about law i really am, but at one point it just gets too dull.
can anybody relate ?
any advice?
I want to open a non-veg restaurant in Mysore but honestly I’m terrified because EVERYWHERE I look there are already restaurants, cafes, biryani places and grills 😭
Is it actually still profitable to open a restaurant in Mysore?
And genuine question — are all these cafes/restaurants actually making profit or are some of them mostly surviving on aesthetics, social media hype and running under loss?
Would really appreciate honest opinions from people in the food business or from Mysore locals.
I need some legal advice regarding an incident involving my dog.
I left my dog with a pet sitter. While my dog was in his care, he was extremely negligent — he left my dog unattended with another (larger) dog, and neither of them were properly restrained. From what I understand (and from camera footage), the sitter was busy using his phone and not supervising them. During that time, the larger dog attacked my dog and bit his eye.
The injury is severe — the vet has said the eyeball may need to be removed, and my dog will permanently lose vision in that eye.
I went to the police station to file a complaint against the pet sitter, but they refused to take it. I’m confused about my rights here.
My questions:
Do I have the right to file a police complaint in this situation?
Is this considered a criminal case (negligence), a civil matter (damages), or a consumer case (deficiency in service)?
What is the correct legal route I should take against the pet sitter?
Any guidance would really help. Thank you.
