Picked this up yesterday for 37k and I genuinely get the Cocktail Time hype now. The dial looks completely different every time light hits it.
How’d I do on the price?

Finally pulled the trigger and added a Hario Switch + V60 Neo to the setup.

My wallet may hate me, but the coffee arc continues ☕️

Edit: Would love to hear your go-to recipes for these brewers.
And honestly, I just wanted to try the Neo too, would’ve probably bought it eventually anyway.
