Who has water

No water at my house in hawaii kai. Where on the island has running water?
Board of water supply says that the problem is island wide due to loss of power to pumping stations and that they will not be sending out water trucks.

Fox rental car ripoff

I had this reservation at Fox Rental Car Vegas FFX075704F. When I was unavoidably detained, I called the fox # and got a message saying that the reservation desk was closed and to call back in the am. I did as directed and was told that my reservation had been cancelled but that she would reinstate it. I then went to Fox and was told that Priceline had cancelled my reservation but for $250 more I could have a car. Priceline says to call the rental company prior to being late, WHICH I tried but you made impossible. Priceline says that if late, the rental car company can cancel. priceline did not cancel the car that I had already paid for, you did. You repeatedly lied to me and made addressing this problem impossible. You should refund my $253 charge. You chose to not answer phones in the evening. You chose to not allow me a way to call an OPEN rental counter. You chose to deny me a car that I had already paid for. These are unfair practices. You choose to falsely claim price priceline cancelled it when you did while I had zero recourse. Do the right thing!

Better news access

Our main newspaper has next to no news in it, and has a right wing bias. If you want to buy the NYT or other papers, they come by mail a few days late. The paper, the delivery workers, and its printer cannot be making much. With the technology available today, any paper could be printed anywhere including here. While these are often available on line already, some of us still prefer hard copies.
The current paper or printer should get licensing agreements with national and international newspapers, charge for, print and deliver them to our doors with the same delivery drivers now bringing the Star Advertiser. It would generate income for them, and bring us better news access. This could include non English papers for non English residents.
