[documentary] about water conservation practices of Rajasthan

Hi Guys,
My friend made this documentary about water conservation practices in Rajasthan. I thought this might be right places to share it with others.
It is not really for any monetary gains, just for educational and cultural documentation purposes.
Hope you all like it.

I have mostly played with magic especially HoMM3. I think I have done some campaign in H5 and H4, which might have more might inclined heroes/armies/builds.

But I have mostly stuck with Magic because with Earth Magic, it was much easier to move around with Town portal, Getting unit loss minimum with resurrection and then dumping implosion every turn etc.

Anyway with Olden era, I am still not sure if Might builds are as good as Magic build yet?
I suppose combat can be still be balanced with magic resistance and spec-ing into battle magic? But what about movement? Town portal/Dimension door/Shadow Fly are still required for clearing map quickly. I think logistic/scouting or other movement skills can aid, but they are no substitute for spells?

Are there factions which synergise better for might builds?

I started to play something like hive faction, which doesn't have archers until waurms and I start losing troops every battle, which doesn't seem like a good thing. how do you play without archers? Would you need magic to keep resurrecting untils? Can this faction be played as might?
