I'm Looking for a fellow Creative for a story I'm working on

I'm new to this but I wanted to find out if it would be possible to connect with illustrators out there. My strengths lie in creative writing and character developments, not drawing people. I'll tell more about the project when you ask.

The idea is about a legendary superhero team that feels pulled out of a Silver Age Pulp comic that looks comical and has goofy names and backstories, but as we observe the characters deeper you start to see the true pain and sadness they have felt from their careers. It deconstructs the idea of how Readers see comic characters as colorful and fun, but when you actually think about it, being a hero means going through lots of pain.

Unfortunately this is unpaid work. I hate saying that, but I'm a poor guy just trying to make art. But if that isn't an issue I'd love to hear back from you!
