Depression 2 days after first treatment

I had my first treatment at 84 dosage two days ago. It was OK during. I mostly just felt drunk, which i didn't care for (i don't drink because I don't like that feeling). I got terribly nauseous afterward and slept for over 10 hours that night. Now I'm back to my normal bad sleeping overnight (usually awake by 3am, and it happened last night despite my best efforts to go back to sleep). I woke up horribly depressed and it's scaring me. I feel like I read the depression is somewhat normal as we get started and I searched some through the sub too. But I feel a bit discouraged and scared that the depression is going to continue. I guess I'm just looking for support and encouragement because right now I feel an overwhelming need to sob at nothing at all, just like I had been feeling before treatment.

(Adding here that I am also on Lexapro and Vraylar and have been otherwise doing ok on that till today since starting those two almost 6 weeks ago)

Month-long trip to Europe next year. What to take & how to plan?

I'm headed to a few countries next year (london, greece, rome, florence are planned. I'll be running the london marathon in april and then staying over there a few extra weeks). I'm trying to think of things I may need to do to prep my home (I live alone) and what to take with me.

Not the obvious things like plug adaptors and period products but random things that may be needed (such as disinfectant wipes, laundry soap sheets, etc). What are some things you've found helpful to take for long-term travel?

What are some things you've done to prep your home? Like turning off appliances, having an emergency plan for the home, etc.

I'm a bit of a planner and list maker so my head is already listing things but I want to make sure I think of everything and am grateful for any help!

Scheduled my first month

Hi, all, I'm brand new here, still learning about this. I scheduled my first session on 9/30 with 2 more the next week (1 day apart the next week) and then multiple other treatments throughout October. I'm doing this at the recommendation of my therapist who thinks it'll help my depression, anxiety, and SI. I'm a complete nondrinker, and I only just stopped smoking medical marijuana less than 2 months ago after long-term daily use. I don't really like my wits to not be present, so I'm a bit nervous on doing this.

I just want to say I appreciate everyone's candor on what their experiences are. I'm not sure what I'm looking for here with posting this, mostly just good wishes i suppose, as I navigate through more of the sub and working heavily on my mental health. Thank you all for being here.

Help this Type A planner roll with the punches (30-day Europe itinerary)

I have been wanting to do a 30-day trip from my home in Florida over to Europe around April next year, and just today I found out I got entry in to the London Marathon on April 24. I'm very much a Type A planner with logistics only, and on my previous trips abroad, I've had flights and lodging and transportation down to a T but was generally flexible of side quests and fun things to do once I get there.

I'd love to be able to go over there, land in one place, be there till I'm done, decide spontaneously where to go and stay, and as long as I make it to the city I'm flying back home from on whatever date, then I'm good. But I'm such a planner, and my head really wants to nail down transportation and lodging, which means being married to specific dates in each place (such as fly into Rome, 5 nights then Florence, 5 nights then London...etc, all lodging booked in advance too).

I don't know fully how to roll with the punches in this way.

The longest I've ever been able to do was only like 7 or 8 nights, so i naturally crammed in what I could and felt guilty AF when I needed time to rest and ultimately felt like I didn't see as much as i wanted. So I want to have some chill days without constantly moving or just be like "i guess I'll travel to florence tomorrow" when I've been in Rome for a few days, rather than having more time in one place than I need or cramming my schedule to adhere to a time limit.

Am I making sense? I hope so.

Anyway, how can I have a mix of both where I can end up in however many towns and countries I want within that time, rather than fitting in a strict 5-7 destinations in a month? How easy is it to travel without having the major logistics strictly planned out?

Appreciate any help! Right now the only sure booking i have is 4 nights in London because of marathon stuff.

Editing to add: if i let my Type A brain take over, I'm currently looking at a very tentative and packed starting itinerary of 4-5 nights each in Rome, Florence, Tuscany, London, Paris, Athens, and some sort of Greek Island.

Can you even imagine? (An ode to my girl)

Can you even imagine chastising this little dog? Telling her she's done something wrong or correcting her bad behavior? I can't even look at her when I actually (rarely have to) do it because look at that face. THAT FACE.

I've always called her Bad Dog Beverly Diane (which has only recently been shortened to BDBD, sung at a high pitched voice..."BEADY BEADS!" even sometimes). She was a Bad Dog for the longest time because she was 1 of 6 pets for a while, then 1 of 3 with 2 elderly ones, and now simply an only child, and her behavior as a sister could be best described as a "typical little sister" because being annoying to her furry siblings was a personal challenge.

Now, as an Only, she gets so much more attention and fun than she was ever given a chance to in a house with senior pets. Just recently she learned how to paddleboard and was the epitome of the ideal water dog (and now has a lovely purple fish life jacket so we can go out again and more often!). She loves to stay in bed and takes herself outside through her dog door only when she's ready (for i dont even bother trying anymore), and she often sun bathes in 100° heat (it's never too hot for this chill girl!). She also accompanies me to work sometimes and is a star coworker who continues to exceed my expectations.

Her 8th gotcha day is coming up this month, and i think she deserves the best sort of adventure for her perfectly cute face and just overall perfection. I'm open to non-food suggestions (because food is just not a big deal to her, unless it's a tiny Busy Bone, in which case she barks and wrestles with it first before eating it somewhere private).

So she's no longer Bad Dog Beverly Diane, despite her brand new and joyful little nickname, but i still can't stand looking at that little face sometimes because I fear it may eventually make literal hearts come out of my eyes 😍 and then I shall simply burst. That's what I imagine will officially take me out one day. Just a Beady Beads existing.
