In a promotional photo for this game , the Stagea has a Autech 260RS front bumper . That more than likely got caught under into licensing hell & isn’t in game.

This is , to my knowledge, one of two car customization options that’s been caught in licensing hell as of recent, the other being the 458 Pista and its liberty walk kit in FM8.

( to all the vets of this series & it’s livery creators ) Is this the first time that the livery editor has been this busted in a Forza game ?

It’s Forza branded front & rear bumpers are just Blitz AeroSpeed .

What’s more interesting is that they were licensed all the way up to FM4 and seemingly disappeared from all future motorsport games but was added to the Horizon series when Toyota came back in FH4.

As flawed and buggy it can be , it’s still a good racing game ..

Hokubu’s garages are a two tone white & blue . But in FPV , the mirrors shows its red . And the color that gets reflected onto your car (only in the two in car cameras) & windows !

So , maybe the original color for these were red ?

This car does have an engine model . Someone replied to me and they opened .modelbin ( which is essentially the 3d data file used in ForzaTech) and loaded the cosmos , the engine appears !

What I think happened is , many cars only have the top half of their engines modeled (which , I don’t care about , it’s better than none) and filled in the lower half with a black void (look at the bottom of the #2 Audi in the third photo ). I think they accidentally made the void really really high and it hides the engine ( on the first photo W/ you can see where it’s supposed to end with the white .)

Tldr: engine is there but is accidentally hidden :)

The series reward car , Mazda Cosmos has multiple issues . Either has an unfinished or broken engine bay ( I’d assume the latter.) And the 325 tires literally clip through the fender well and into the trunk . Seriously?

While doom scrolling old FD photos , I saw something odd , “ A Firebird with 240 rear?” I thought until it was the other way around . So I decided to email the company and to my surprise, they replied back with information and photos of it !

Was a 240SX with a Turbocharged KA24 & Firebird Front. It raced sometimes in 2006 by Bill Sherman, Until FD made a rule about front of cars having to match the make of the car . It was later sold , and eventually the front switched back to a Nissan and is still drifting !

Recently , people have noticed car thumbnails in liveries that are a car that is not in the game .

THAT IS NOT REAL ! These are simply Car mods from pc, because they have to take the ID & File of an existing car and replace it . And if they make a livery of it , the Modded car thumbnail takes the place and gets uploaded to the server !

This update made it to where lighting goes through cars A-Pilar and Rollcage ( if added ) in first person view :)

( On Series S, happens to both performance and quality but quality is the worse offender . Tried on the 131, 23’ Integra, 86 FE & GTAm.)
