Need help with understanding OneDrive issues

Hello people who are smarter than me! I hope you can see the images I attached. I have a few questions related to an old MS login and One Drive that a former employer's tech department added to my laptop for remote work purposes. Please see below and if anyone can provide any guidance or help, I would greatly appreciate it!

Picture 1: I was in my recycle bin and I saw this message "account disconnected". When I clicked on it, it took me to picture number 2. I did notice that some of the items I had moved to the recycle bin showed as having been in the former employers one drive.

Picture 2: This is the MS work account that I had with the former employer. I have not worked there for 5 years so I understand why it would be disconnected. Why does it show up at all and how do I get rid of it? I have my own personal MS account and sometimes when I go to sign in, this one shows up.

Picture 3: When I click on the sign on with the old employer login info, this is what I see, I guess it is not relevant but again, I just want to get rid of it as I do not need it or want to see it if possible.

Picture 4: This has me a bit annoyed. This one drive has been on my laptop since I let my former employer's tech department install software for remote access 5 years ago. When I opened the drive recently, I was able to see all of the old confidential files that I had access to during my employment so I deleted them right away. I also unlinked this one drive from my laptop but it still shows up without files and I want it removed completely.

Does anyone have any advice to get these completely wiped off my laptop? I have my personal one drive which is where I have all of my files backed up. Also, I keep getting error messages, only recently from BitLocker telling me that my one drive is having a problem (no other information) so I have to continually enter the recovery key to get back into my laptop. Sorry for the long post and multiple questions but I do not know a ton about the inner workings of software, only how to use a laptop for very basic things. I appreciate any help or advice one of you might be able to provide! Thank you in advance.

Why do my posts get deleted every time no matter what I am asking?

I am just wondering if someone could explain to me why every time I make a post anywhere on Reddit, it gets deleted saying I broke some rule. I made a simple post on a computer help community just asking for advice on why my laptop is running slowly. I read the rules before I posted and even made the title a question per the rules. I did not swear or say anything negative, it was just asking for advice on my laptop. So what is up with the deleting of my posts? This has happened to me more than once and it just seems weird that it continues to happen. What am I doing wrong when I post according the rules? I am guessing no one will have a chance to tell me my wrongdoing because I am sure this will be deleted as well.

Laptop Performance-Need Advice-Windows 11 is so slow at startup

Hey everyone who is smart with laptops, I need some advice because I am a middle aged chick who doesn't know much about computers. I have an older laptop, it is a Dell that I bought for work when Covid hit so yeah, it's 6 years old. I had not really used it much for the last 3 years until a few months ago. I only use it for email, checking Reddit, LinkedIn and writing which I do in Word. Lately when I open it up, it is so slow to power up and the internet takes a long time to connect even though it shows that it is using Wifi (T-mobile 5G) It says that I have used 0.7 GB out of 1.0 TB in memory. Also the internet will freeze suddenly and shut down on me for no reason that I can figure out. I have pretty good security with both Defender and McAfee and I rarely download anything especially from email. What can I do to make this thing work better? Could it be my Wifi or should I delete any apps I don't use?
