If you believe Steph Curry should be ranked higher than LeBron because he “beat” him 3 times to 1 in the Finals then by that same logic you must ALSO believe that Isiah Thomas should be ranked higher than Michael Jordan since he bounced him out of the playoffs 3 out of 4 times.
Let’s ignore context and let’s ignore how the individuals performed in their playoff series.
It’s all about who beat who and that’s it.
