It seems YouTube has started pushing my videos, but my click-through rate (CTR) is only around 3%. Do you have any suggestions on what I can improve? Editing is still new to me, and I’m actively working on getting better at it. Apart from editing, are there any other areas you think I should focus on?

I’ve created my channel 4 months back started with shorts and then 4-5 minutes videos but till now I’ve not got any YT views all views are from external source. I am new in editing that may be one reason because I did basic level editing I am spending more time in writing and other thing is I am not able to break YT algorithm.
