My Tata Punch CNG AMT gives 14 kms/kg @ 2000 kms on odo

So I bought Punch last month and it's been a great experience so far. Drove first 1000 kms on petrol. 1000-1500 km on petrol-cng 50:50. Service done at 1300 kms odo.

The car returns me a mileage of 13-14 inside city (Ahmedabad) and I'm not driving in the most crowded parts of the city. Commuting to the office (13 kms) and so far I'm getting 15 kmpl on petrol while CNG is at 14 max.

I thought it was an engine issue (Tata things) but when I drove the car on highway it returned ~ 33 kms per kg. I drove it 270 kms on 7.25 kgs.

Contacted the service center they said you should try refilling in the morning (I generally refill at midnight) and they cannot do anything about it in general.

On YouTube, even Delhi folks are getting 24 kms per kg in comparable or slightly more traffic and under 5k kms on odo for pretty much every YouTuber and most are around 1-2k kms on odometer.

Perhaps that's all context. What should I do?
