Should I wait a lengthy period to do 4-HO-MET after doing 5-MAPB?
Hey there - I’m just hoping someone can shed some light on this. I’ve heard when mixing the two that you should cut the doses of each way down which makes me curious about doing one or the other soon after ingesting one. I took 125mg of 5-MAPB recently and am really looking forward to doing 4-HO-MET but want to be safe. I’ve read waiting at least 3 months between 5-MAPB sessions is best. Any input is appreciated!
