So why do I only have 129.84 coins available? I searched everywhere but the other half is not locked because it came available at the end of last year. Where is it?

Is this a good starting salary for a consultancy role at ING with no degree or experience?
I already made a post about my salary offer ( €2,530 gross and €2,360 net) and whether that is correct. But my main question is whether this is a good salary offer for the work I’ll be doing. It’s through a consultancy company, and I’ll be working for ING. I have no experience or degree in this field, and I’m 29 years old.
Is this a good salary? There’s no company car, as they say it wouldn’t be as beneficial anymore. I’m also wondering what kind of career opportunities I can have in this field without a degree.

Klopt dit loonsvoorstel?
Ik heb een loonsvoorstel gekregen en ben altijd arbeider geweest. Nu vroeg ik me af of dit wel klopt, ik heb bijna evenveel netto als bruto. Ik heb nagevraagd of het max hier werd afgehouden en alles klopt. Dit zou ik netto gestort krijgen. Ik ken hier helaas niet veel van. Iemand dat zou willen uitleggen hoe dit komt en of dit inderdaad juist is?

Always too late to buy stuff in marketplace.
No joke, everything I do, I’m always too late to buy the stuff I actually want. Even when I’m literally waiting for the newspaper to refresh, I go through it as fast as possible, click it open, see that it’s available, and the second I click on it, it says “already sold.” Every fucking time…
Even new stuff that gets added to that guy’s market is already sold before I’ve barely even had the chance to see it. It’s honestly ridiculous and no fun anymore…
