Father-in-law cleaned my dusty car with dirty dry cloth and now it's full of scratches

I own a black car Hyundai alcazar... It's quite an expensive one and close to my heart... Now my dumb father-in-law with the intention of helping me took some dirty dry cloth from the basement and rubbed the whole car as it had a lot of dust on it from yesterday's trip. Now it is full of scratches... Any hopes for me ?

As a car enthusiast I am fully aware that getting that finish with factory level paint job and that orange peel texture is impossible... But any suggestion.to get it as close as possible will be appreciated
