How should i strip the dye from these boots?

How should i strip the dye from these boots?

These boots had a terrible black coating on the original finish, that almost felt like plastic, so i took them to a cobbler and he said the paint should be stripped off and redone. I bought the product he told me to use for removing the dye (which is a mixture of special gasoline and acetone, used to remove stains and paint from leather and textile) and started to apply them on the black leather, but it doesn't seem to be as effective as it should.

It started to remove the dye but really slowly and only if i scrub the leather really hard, i spent an hour and a half but it still has spots that didnt change. What should i do? What product, stuff should i use? i was told that this should strip the dye easily.

What should i do to the leather of these boots?

Got a new pair of boots second hand. They are spanish, hand made quality boots but something happened to their finish, when i got them it was dry and i could scrape it off with my nails, and the terrible black polish dyed my hands as i touched them.

I tried to clean them but scraped off this black finish on a lot of spots.

These are high quality boots so i think the previous owner did something to them. He told me he used some “camel” polish on them (very poor quality stuff that maybe dried on the top of the leather, i dont know exactly).

I never saw something like this, what should i do ? Get rid of the black top finish and redye and refinish it ? What could have happened to these boots ?

What happened to these boots ?

Bought a pair of used boots, but they had something terrible on them, some kind of poor polish product, that made the whole leather feel hard and almost like plastic, so i gave them some cleaning with soap and and a sponge. Even before starting i noticed that at some parts i could like tear the black layer with my nails and a white layer started to appear… okay strange i thougth i give it a shot but after scrubbing it, it looks like this.

At some parts this terrible black finish came off. This brand is of high quality ,these boots cost like 300 dollars or more and made from cowhide, so i dont understand what happened to them. Are these fake boots? (Which would surprise me as fake spanish cowboy boots are not a thing i ever heard of)

Are the fakes ?

Just bought two pair of sendras online from someone who doesnt really know a lot about them, said that he got them in spain (of course he may be lying) but one feels really dry and looks completely like faux leather, even started peeling down, the other ( Brown one ) feels like and must be leather on most of the boots but under the cracks of the top it seems strange (altough it may be real, most of my boots are in good conditions without cracks so i dont know. The model numbers show these models on the website of sendra. Even the iron tags are different on the boots.

I bought them really cheap so i knew there was a chance for this (even so im kinda surprised that there are counterfelts)

Edit: the sewing seems okay and the black boots are obviously fake, you can feel the i side and outside layers of the faux leather have a gap between each other and hear something like two fabrics touching when you press it.
