Should I replace this tire
I am getting 2 tires (back) put on tomorrow and they said the front tires are fine for a while but they look like this, don't they need to be replaced now too?

Confused on moving plans while in school
I received my 90 day letter and use NelNet. When I tried to look at plans, it wouldn't let me. I think because I am in school and deferment status? So I tried applying on Student Aid website instead, and it just let me submit an income driven payment plan application. But it didnt mention RAP or any choices, just a standard income driven application. I am confused and don't know if I still need to do something. My last loan will be this fall so it's all a mess.
