swipe for the recovery 😳
YAAAYYYY I am SO happy!!! i started taking care of these bad boys a few months ago. in January i got gel nails done HORRIBLY, uncured, rings of fire, peeling nails after it was removed :( i had no clue how dangerous the uncured gel was alone until research and decided never again (well.. i am buying gel to diy at home but never risking a walk-in salon with that again!!). no more nail salons and invested in my own products to take care of them at home because WOW i didnt even know my nail bed could go back that far
okay.. no product on these nails currently BUT my go-to for lacquer is the sally hensen miracle gel line or the color therapy line. as long as i use polishes that "go together" i have a pretty good time and long last. in between polishes i file everything, cut/dissolve cuticles, push it all back, and put some cuticle oil on the whole nail plate and let it soak until they aren't wet anymore (i have been using jojoba oil after my cuticle oil ran out). next day or hours later I wipe them with some acetone or alcohol and then paint them. after all dry whenever i remember i will put some cutical oil on to keep the skin healthy throughout my wear. they are super freaking strong even naked like this!!!
anyways GOOD LUCK everyone on your nail journey you got this :)
