Brought this cutie home from Costco but can’t figure her out. Thoughts and suggestions on why she is wilting but green? Should I repot?

Introducing The Pope (because she’s holey) and I am ashamed at the condition she is in. She is still putting out new growth, vines and leaves, but I dont know where to even start in rehabbing this baby and she is one leggy bitch. I brought her home from work this weekend and untangled her off the moss pole. I already have an indoor potting soil, bark, charcoal, perlite mixture and a larger pot for her. But I really want to do her justice and would love all the recommendations and help I can get please 🙏🏻

SOS, I bought this beauty from Lowe’s but she needs help and she’s never happy. It’s almost like her leaves are way too heavy for her and she breaks over? I dont know what to do!
