are private orthopaedic surgeons actually worth the money?

starting to wonder if going private is actually worth it or if people just do it to skip waiting times. ive been checking reviews on doctify and other sites but its hard to know what reflects real outcomes vs polished feedback. for people who went private, did you genuinely feel the care was better?

are managed hosting platforms becoming more worth it now?

personally i prefer full control with self hosted servers but maintenance started taking too much of my time, recently i switched a small project to hostinger node js and its been a smoother experience so far but alternatively i prefer another good option well just in case it goes down, but do you have any alternative options or pros and cons for hostinger?

trying to find suppliers that actually feel reliable

so im starting my new shopify project and decided to start with my own store, and honestly its hard to start from scratch printify and printful seems safe but ive also been looking into branvas for more niche products, im a fan of jewelry so its kinda ideal for me, though im still after reliability something that can work for longterm, any thoughts?

what annoys you most about this right now

for me it’s how disconnected everything feels. you bridge on one app, swap on another, track positions somewhere else, then still end up checking multiple tabs just to understand what’s going on. nothing really flows naturally from one step to another, and after a while it makes the whole experience feel more complicated than it should be. that’s honestly why jumper exchange caught my attention in the first place. hoping tools like that eventually make the whole process feel more connected and less messy to manage day to day.

is there an easy way to deploy openclaw without server experience?

i’m not super experienced with server management, so i’ve been trying to find a way to deploy openclaw without spending hours configuring everything manually.

i recently saw the hostinger 1-click openclaw setup and it looked simpler than most of the guides i’ve found so far, but i honestly can’t tell if these managed setups are actually reliable long term or if it’s better to just learn everything manually.

i’ve also seen people mention hetzner a lot for hosting AI projects, so now i’m kinda stuck deciding which route makes more sense for someone still learning.

what are you guys using right now?

what’s the easiest way to host next.js outside of vercel?

i spent way too much time comparing providers before finally testing a few myself. hostinger node js ended up being simpler to configure than i originally expected. but is hostinger the only option or are there any other options that can be considered in this case?

anyone else frustrated with traffic-based pricing?

i had a project start getting traction recently and instead of feeling excited, i was mostly stressed about hosting costs increasing. been trying hostinger node js lately because i wanted something more predictable. but are there any other options

been playing around with different hositng setups because i want something that feels simpler without losing too much flexibility, recently saw that hostinger launched this hostinger node js, i mean it look promising saying its convenient and cheaper but any organic thoughts about this? i used to do everything either with vercel or netlify but i personally want to explore any good tips?

hosting side projects shouldn’t feel this complicated

i spent way too. much time with the whole configuring servers for a very simple node js project before realizing i mostly just wanted something reliable and easy. they say hostinger node js is pretty straightforward in this aspect, but can it be reliable for long running ones?

most openclaw tutorials still seem pretty technical and time-consuming for something i just want to test quickly. would love recommendations for a VPS that handles most of the setup automatically. they say hostinger is much convenient this hostinger 1-click openclaw, any good tips to make it work? or its just more like a marketing tactic???

been thinking about using one more seriously. not sure if it really simplifies things or just adds another step. i’ve tried jumper exchange a bit and it helps, but curious what others think.

DIML with Medeo

POV: You stopped dreaming about the matcha shop and actually opened it. 🍵🏙️

It started as a 3 AM "DIML as a Student" thought. I was tired of just imagining what my dream cafe would look like.

I started using Medeo to bring my visions to life. It turned my mental mood boards into videos that felt so real, I had no choice but to make them happen.

From my dorm room to serving my first customer in NYC. Dreams don't just happen; you have to see them IRL.

How would you describe your typical day in my life video with your avatar

honestly i don’t want to deal with storage or unsold stock, so branvas caught my attention. anyone here using it long term? is it good or are there any other options to consider??
