I have medium long hair(silky) . The problem is i don't have a hairstyle that holds and gives me confidence throughout the day . I don't want using headband and feels me burden . I want a hairstyle that holds my preference, middle cut like hairstyles.

So what product are u using to set hair ? What are its demerits ?

I have never used any things in my hair except tori ko tel .

I don't want to lose my hair through products(if they do)!!

Give me a daily 2500 calories diet plan that suits in living Kathmandu alone in rent . Too much eating is causing unfavorable condition for my digestion as a skinny boy.
