Xm4 suddenly only charges when power is turned on ,no red light if connecting to charger when headphone is turned off, do I need to get it repaired or its fine to charge via work around, checked on xm6 work fine when off.

Also if connecting to 15 watt charger red light turns on and then goes off can any one tell me what is the issue.
