I've read many articles about undereye creams being a hoax, would ceramide rich moisturizer help? or should i do something else? i am super insecure about my eyes overall because they stay puffy all the time and eyelids have turned dark T_T

Here goes my lore. I have not received my salary for 2 months, march and april, and this has been a recurring issue since last year. My manager used to ask us to bear with it as it will get resolved, but that day clearly didn't come.
Earlier this month my manager told me that i will get my pending salaries for 2 months before 5th June and May's salary after 45 days fnf. I said fine. Plus they took proofreading services from me for 18 days, stating they will pay for it separately, but now today my manager said we are not going to get any payment for it. And ik this is because I raised my salary issue to the highest authority without informing her. Plus they said that now we will pay march's salary on 30th, april's salary on 15th June, and then May's salary after 45 days, and will not be paying for the proofreading work, because I was not doing any recruitment. Bruh there's been no opening since last month in your company, you don't have clients and your managers are clearly lacking by not bringing any clients 🤡 .
How am I at fault here? Oh and i've been called disrespectful too, the audacity 😭🤚🏻
