Is this normal on a £950/$1265 guitar and could it be problem in the future?

I got this Reverend Warhawk daw and its mostly lovely but the the nut slot is uneven and there’s some smudging of paint, the nut looks like it’s been carved to compensate for the dip (you might’ve not be able to see it in the photo) is the uneven nut slot going to be a problem going if I need to replace the nut? And is this normal at this price point?

Is this normal on an expensive guitar?

I got a Reverend Warhawk daw for £950 (waited ages for it to be delivered) and there are parts of it I’m feeling disappointed with for that price point. The paint work is smudged and the nut slot is not level, the nut looks like it been carved to compensate and there also a small bump in the first fret (doesn’t affect playing but its there). I don’t have these issues on my much cheaper instruments so am I just being fussy or is my disappointment reasonable?
