i I am looking at a 5070 and 9070xt currently and am wondering which one would be quieter.

my whole system is quiet and I would like to mantain it and not ruin it with some crazy loud GPU

i was looking at the asrock challenger 9070xt but no idea on sound,if someone could tell me if it is or not that would be great.Any recommendation?Please and thank you

i am running a 5800x3d and need a good cooler recommendation whether it’s AIO or Air(no liquid)

I would prefer it to be black,rgb-less and very quiet.
Like, super quiet.

i was originally gonna get a noctua d-15 or a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE but I heard the thermal right is quite loud and that the noctua is overpriced.

my budget is under 100

EDIT:I’m gonna end up using a cpu cooler I received from my stepfather.
