Received a DWI in Louisiana in my personal vehicle. a month ago. Just went to court today for the hearing. The judge offered Pre trial intervention (PTI). She didn’t give me much information but said the info will be in my package in the mail of what fees, classes are needed. when I check my record for the CDL, it says my CDL is pending disqualification because of my ticket and can be reinstated after a year. Will my participation/completion in the PTI allow me to reinstate my CDL sooner. I forgot to ask this while in the court room. I was nervous. I also did not get a lawyer because I lost my job and could not afford the additional fees. Any help/advice ?
