Hello so I have a sharkoon vg4 w case

It has 120mm fan front, fan at back,.

3600 cpu which temps are fine

And rtx 5700xt,refrence, so huge heat. I unvolted it etc, but course temps still run higher enough, on stress test around 87c,hot spot around 102c.

Rtx fans increase but course too much fans and nosiy.

Now the shakrtoon fans I think only reached maximum of 988 rpm on gigabyte btye smart 5 setting, 3 pin fans. Look OK tbf but I feel intake blows in oka but inside case like metal cages for hard drive etc block air force.

Thought I could install another fan next to intake and have 2 120 mm fans but the power cables and USB front case io block that.

So I am thinking P12 fans pro rgb, as I only need two, to increase static pressure for front and higher speeds for back etc, but I see reviews seem to slate the pro, says max better etc

Or keep back as it is ans the Noctua NF-A12x25 G2, for front,, tho I do like green light it has from stock fan sharkoon.

Hello so bear me and gonna have to bring it back to basic.

Lol I don't even no if right thread 😂.

But I thought I build a pc back in 2020 to see if I could and on a budget but bang for buck as possible etc.

So back in 2020 on atx gigabyte A520 m mirco mother board I put a 3600 cpu in it, some 2x 8 gb crucial ballstic ram, xmp on motherboard clocks it too 3000,runs all fine etc.

Blue nvme gen 3 on board but basic pc does it all fine.

Stuck cheap Internet usb in it for oka speeds, but I won't be doing online gaming, relax casual gaming

But anyway nice basic pc in 2020, with 650 watt gold power supply.

And cause 2020 card prices where silly I stuck a r7 240 gb ddr5 card in it so I could use for basic screen till cards went down etc.

But build was oka, for someone who never built before.

Anyway mainly console gaming etc, and hardly using pc, someone wanted to use pc again and after updating it to new windows 11, then supported windows 11.

I thought I finally update graphics as one of my favourite console game runs great subnautica on console, I seen all. These great mods you get from pc.

So now I found a rtx 5700 XT. Massive card, put it in.

I was then told my 24 inch BenQ monitor tn 75z,could do with update so. Now got a msi 244c, for upto 180hz.

So course gpu gaming has all these new words etc,

So first monitor it has synch free feature, is there setting on graphic card for it, turned on for monitor in settings, I turned on hdr in windows setting but I think it says best to turn off hdr as monitors doesn't really have it.

Next is card setting I put it on ultimate mode, also went in motherboard and enabled rebar etc.

And had all settings not sure why put it in ultimate mode.

Next I heard it needs clocking to keep cool.

So power supply set at 50 percent,

Gpu mhz the 2000ish one I set at 1900 why volt about 900 I believe off head etc

The vram incase a bit.

And fan was set 60c 80 percent and like 80c 100 percent but very noisy.

Now 60c about 50 percent

And 80c like 60 percent.

Still can sound a bit nosiy.

So what settings are ppl using.

Then game and not many games etc but I had new subnautica 2 so tried that using game recommendations settings of medium 1080.

All seem smooth and fine getting around 60hz,I had it on quality mode as well.

Goes to 90hz on empty areas etc.

So anyway explain basic stuff like I be missing and stuff I need to know to watch out for etc.
