2014 Focus SE 2.0 with DSP6. I'm going to replace the clutch kit (Luk). Should I change out the actuators and TCM at the same time?

ONN Roku 70" TV model 100012588. Makes an unbearable, high-pitched whining sound while on the wall mount. I took it down and laid it face down on the bed, plugged it in and turned it on to see if I could figure out where the noise was coming from and to my surprise the noise was gone. When put in the upright position the sound comes back. Any ideas?
