Had enough of modern dating. AM market in a couple of years and honestly scared.
26M, emotionally drained from modern dating at this point. Been through a few relationships/situationships, and every time things seem stable, it falls apart somehow.
Career is going fine, earning around 20 LPA in a non-IT field, but mentally I’m tired of talking stages, ghosting, mixed signals, and commitment issues. Dating apps feel exhausting now.
Realistically, I’ll probably enter the arranged marriage scene in 1 or 2 years when I’m around 28, but reading AM posts online genuinely scares me too. Feels very transactional sometimes with salary filtering, biodata comparisons, family pressure, etc.
Feels like I’m stuck between being done with dating and being intimidated by AM.
