If hindi siya directly part of the project, hindi maganda ang output. Pero if siya ang may hawak ng project, at ginagawa niyan assistants nalang mga managers niya - ok ang output.

Yung administrative task din niya. Hindi nagagawa. Proper documentation, development of processes.

HMO renewal namin sa November. Management is pushing to cut costs while maintaining "comparable coverage". Alam nating lahat na mahirap gawin.
